Return Policy

We strive to ensure a seamless return or exchange process for our valued customers. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at michael@akinaapparel.com with your name and order number, along with pictures of the garment if there is a defect or damage.

Claims Deadline: Claims for defects, damage, or loss must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Item Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Process: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get the item you desire is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the refund amount may vary based on the condition of the returned item. Allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
